On paper
Printable elf letters and a quiet calendar
Copy these onto plain paper, or print them from the browser. Leave the brackets blank until you write in your own elf. The voice is a kind visiting elf. The letters notice helping, sharing, and trying again. They do not keep score, and they do not mention a naughty list.
There is no email gate and no PDF. Use your browser’s print dialog. The December calendar at /calendar keeps its own December 1–24 list. Use one track in a given year.

Christmas Eve goodbye letter
A Christmas Eve goodbye letter from a visiting elf. Thank-you, see you next year, and no parade.
Sorry I didn’t move, I was busy reporting to Santa
A kind note for the morning the elf did not move. The report got long. It is not a scolding.
Quiet 24-day elf calendar
A second December 1–24 list: five-minute household elf scenes, with links to the steps. The site calendar keeps its own list.
